Network for Good Membership Terms & Conditions

1. About these Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to all Network for Good membership subscriptions, including individual and company memberships. By purchasing, renewing or using a membership, you agree to these Terms.

2. Membership and purpose
Network for Good is a membership-based property and business community focused on connection, events and impact. Membership fees support the operations and growth of Network for Good and are not donations.

3. Membership types
We may offer different membership types from time to time, including individual memberships, company memberships, founding memberships and other membership categories we introduce later. The features, benefits, pricing and inclusions of each membership type will be described at the point of sale, in the relevant offer, or on our website.

4. Membership term
Membership is billed on a recurring subscription basis and continues until cancelled. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, memberships are for a 12-month term and renew automatically at the then-current renewal price.

5. Auto-renewal
By signing up, you authorise us to automatically charge your nominated payment method for the membership fee at the start of each billing cycle unless you cancel before renewal. We may send renewal reminders or billing notices, but you are responsible for managing your membership and cancelling before the next renewal date.

6. Pricing and payment
Membership fees are shown at the point of sale. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Australian dollars and transaction fees may apply if disclosed at checkout. Membership fees are payable in advance. Promotional pricing, founding pricing and discount codes apply only as stated in the relevant offer. If a founding discount or promotional code is offered, it applies only to the first eligible charge unless the offer expressly states otherwise.

7. Company memberships
A company membership may include multiple nominated members, up to the number stated in the relevant offer. The company is responsible for ensuring its nominated members comply with these Terms, for keeping nominated member details current, and for managing changes to nominated members. Company memberships are not transferable beyond the number of included members unless we agree otherwise.

8. Membership benefits
Membership benefits may include, depending on the membership type, access to member pricing, pre-sale or early access to selected events, invitations to member-only or smaller events, opportunities for brand visibility or promotion, digital badges or recognition assets, updates on impact, special events and opportunities, and access to other benefits we introduce from time to time. Benefits may vary by membership type and may change over time.

9. Events and guest access
Event access, guest access and event pricing are subject to availability and the specific rules communicated for each event. Where a membership benefit includes guest access, guests must comply with any eligibility rules we set, including rules about whether guests must be new to Network for Good or invited as clients. Membership does not guarantee a place at every event unless expressly stated.

10. Founding member offers
If a founding member offer is available, it applies only during the stated offer period, may be limited in number, may require the use of a valid code, and may include specific founding benefits described at the time of offer. Founding member recognition, badges or website/logo inclusion will be provided only to the extent described in the relevant offer.

11. Website logo or profile inclusion
Company Founding Members may have their logo featured on the new Network for Good website once it is established. To be included, the member must send a high-resolution logo file to nfg@idssecurity.com.au. Inclusion will occur once the website or relevant page is live, which is currently intended to be during this year but may change. We may apply reasonable design, format and placement requirements and may refuse or remove content that is misleading, unlawful, offensive or inconsistent with our brand or values.

12. Member conduct
Members must behave respectfully and professionally in connection with Network for Good events, communications and community activities. We may suspend or terminate membership, without refund except where required by law, if a member behaves in a way that is unlawful, abusive, threatening or discriminatory, damages our reputation or community, misuses member information, access or benefits, or breaches these Terms.

13. Member information and privacy
You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your contact and billing details up to date. We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the payment, contact you to update your payment details, suspend access to membership benefits until payment is received, or cancel the membership if payment remains outstanding.

15. Cancellation by member
You may cancel your membership at any time before the next renewal date. If you cancel, your membership remains active until the end of the current paid term unless we state otherwise. No refund will be provided for the unused portion of the current term, except where required by law.

16. Changes to memberships, fees or benefits
We may change membership fees, benefits, structure or inclusions from time to time. Any changes to future renewal pricing or material terms will apply from the next renewal period unless otherwise stated. We may notify members of material changes by email or other reasonable means.

17. Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable for change of mind, partial use, non-attendance at events, or cancellation during a paid term. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

18. Changes, postponement or cancellation of events or benefits
We may change, postpone or cancel events, venues, dates, speakers, formats or membership inclusions where reasonably necessary. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from those changes. If a paid service is not supplied as required by law, your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.

19. Suspension or termination by us
We may suspend or terminate a membership immediately if you breach these Terms, your payment remains outstanding, we reasonably believe your conduct is harmful to the community, our business or other members, or we discontinue a membership offering. Where we terminate due to your breach, no refund will be provided except where required by law.

20. Intellectual property
All Network for Good branding, content, materials, event content and membership assets remain our property or the property of our licensors unless otherwise stated. Members must not reproduce, distribute or use our materials without permission.

21. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, special or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the remedies available under Australian Consumer Law and any other non-excludable law.

22. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

24. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any membership offer details shown at checkout or in the relevant promotional materials, form the agreement between you and Network for Good.

25. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
