Our environment matters

It is the aim of IDS security to ensure that the operation of the Company does not adversely affects the environment. To achieve this goal, we have establish an environmental management system.

Key areas where we can make an impact:

  • Old security equipment is taken off sites and recycled through a certified third party.
  • Where possible and practicable, we will minimise the use of energy in our buildings, vehicles, and equipment.
  • Vehicles are tracked to ensure a sensible driving style to reduce noise levels and omissions.
  • We ensure that a strict policy is adhered to in the purchase of materials to meet operational needs and to minimise the production of waste.
  • We educate our people on key environmental issues.
