Safety First
At IDS Health & Safety is paramount and central to how we operate daily. All employees throughout our company share and exhibit a working knowledge of health and safety. At IDS safety always comes first.
To ensure effective communication of our health and safety policy, IDS Security consults with our people at all levels regarding health and safety issues and engage them in initiating improvement in accordance with AS/NZS 4801, OHSAS 18001 and Work, Health and Safety Act 2011.
There is regular communication at our operations meetings on health and safety topics and is part of all employees KPIs to create an injury free work environment. Our Project managers spend a lot time visiting work sites where our people are.
IDS have implemented employee Health & Safety initiatives where by each employee have access to regular refresher courses on health & safety and have a system where employee are rewarded for reporting safety issues to management.
